Use of Artificial Intelligence in Award Applications: Gold Circle Award applications should be developed, reviewed, and submitted by association professionals (i.e., humans). Use of AI to assist in developing award applications is permitted, but the association professional submitting the application is ultimately responsible for its content, quality, and accuracy. Gold Circle Award judges seek quality and clarity in the applications they evaluate; thus, applications that are clearly and predominantly AI-generated are likely to be judged poorly.
